House Rules:
Grand prize is a private performance by David Myles, to take place at a date mutually agreeable with the performer. Prize must be used within 1 year from the draw date. The winner is responsible for all aspects of claiming the prize, such as scheduling, location and responsibility for any guests. The performance must take place in the Maritimes in a private setting. The performance cannot be used by a business for the purpose of charging an admission or fees to guests. Performer schedule is subject to change at short notice; in the event of this, the winner will be contacted as early as possible for the purpose of re-scheduling. Draw Details: The first ballot drawn from the box of eligible tickets will be the Grand Prize winner. The 2nd ballot will be the 2nd Prize Winner. The 3rd ballot will be the 3rd Prize Winner. Winners are not required to be present and will be contacted following the draw. In the event that the Grand Prize winner cannot be reached within 90 days of the draw date, the 2nd prize winner will be considered the Grand Prize winner and will be notified as such. A minimum of 100 tickets must be sold for the draw to proceed. Directors of the Society are not eligible for prizes. Must be at least 19 years of age to purchase. Cash value of prize pool is $3,010. There is no cash in lieu of prizes.
